It seems you are asking for a loan of $5000, so the thread should be in "lending" section rather than "gambling". Also, you should take a look at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=577765.msg6311902#msg6311902, and to be honest I don't think your HYIP account qualifies as a collateral. And lastly, as you said, the HYIP is not paying already, how could your account be worth $5000 lol?

No, I think it should be moved to digital goods or trashcan.  Even if he was telling the truth, he is very obviously trying to sell rather than take out a loan.

I did a skype chat with the OP and he shared the screen.Yes he do have that much balance in his account.
But I don't believe in this website.I think he is the owner himself or he hacked it.

I remember the "paid to read email" days before the dot com crash.  The website promises got more outrageous with each one that launched.

One actually launched with a $5,000 sign up bonus and promises of $500 per email read.  And people were still signing up and trying to get loans on their balance.
