I haven't try e-coin.io but advcash is pretty good, the VCC costs about $1 and it takes 6 confirmations to deposit. The deposit fees to VCC is a tad high though.

The only VPC sites that i know is XAPO, advcash, and Bit-x

This is not difficult to achieve from this forum just check the digital section for VCC sellers, please remember to use escrow more so this thread should belong to digital goods sections.
