Yes I have chat screen on skype , I provided him the voucher number including a copy of the receipt and after he stopped answer me and never sent any btc . When I checked the voucher you can see on the post what I got ....

Do you think it's ok?

If he will send me the btc for those 130 EURO I will gladly remove the negative.

There has been another scam accusation against him where OP failed to provide actual proof that it was jamerd who scammed him, and that he was not trying to ruin his reputation. I consider you the alt of the same person, so please provide skype proof that you contacted him , and I will contact jame , who will be providing his skype(can be verified that he is not "cheating" by confirming it from someone he has traded with before).

solution: give a trusted member access to your skype and bitcointalk account so they can see if you're telling the truth.
