So trying to dump your banned account huh? Account reported, you can't post outside meta if you are banned, lets hope it teaches you a lesson to not try it again, most probably ban will be increased to 2-3 weeks.

Are you giving your account as collateral or selling it here as the 0.15 BTC is way to high for this account as collateral.

even if it would be without ban , he will become senior only after month, but depending ban term probably much later. so his worth not more as 0.05-0.1BTC

So i think this time you can't pay your bill. Wait and look for other source to get money for you bill and one more thing always try to think twice before putting a loan request here.
But still you can get some money by selling your account not by putting it as collateral.
