I'm looking to create something like a private forum, it will be used to for my cannabic club.
I just own the domain and I need hosting + design.

Use steadyturtle for hosting and as for the design , there should be a free SimpleForumsMachine for creating a forum. Bitcointalk is based on SMF too if you haven't noticed.

use any hosting service you like. Then use auto script to install the BBforum if I remember correctly LOL

As for the hosting, what mexxer has mentioned is good and you could use softaculous on the cpanel of your hosting to install different kinds of forums completely for free and if you happen to need some logo for your private forum, I could make you one

You can set up a forum section for public and set some section for private and maybe paid section to which only the VIPs can access.

i don't however do the hosting. but you can check fatcow.com which is just $49/year + a domain for free.

just get the hosting plan and point your domain to the nameservers and i can do the rest

If you use a free hosting service you need to change the servers names in the domain with the server names of your hosting website, usually the hosting website email you with this info when you add the domain there
