This has been said many times, so let me repeat it. Paypal is the riskiest way to exchange money for BTC and nobody sane will ever touch it.

You can try localbitcoins or Virwox but their fees are astronomical. With localbitcoins.com you will have to get verified and take selfish, etc. Virwox will let you buy small amounts in the beginning!

i'm not sure is there any exchange BTC to paypal with good rate and pretty difficult to find it

perhaps there will be people who interested and buy it with high rate

Not many people do that kind of trades because the exchanger are the one in the risk of losing their money
I think localbitcoins accept PP to BTC, but you need to have verified paypal and take a picture of your selfies for security measures

Or ask one of our traders at currency exchange, they might want to exchange PP to BTC

You can do the virwox method, but that takes a lot out of the amount you get due to fees. You can also try the currency exchange section but a lot of traders there require you to be higher ranking and with trust before doing a paypal transaction. And they always do it at a premium.

Go look on localbitcoins. The exchangers will want a lot of info including ID photo copies.

I will prefer wesellcrypto.com because they have good rates and low fees, Virwox is good also but the fees is quite high.

But Let me Recommend you that, Dont Believe on any Site, that exchanges of those site, which has Chargeback Option, Like PP,PZ, Skrill Etc, It is always recommended to Exchange your Money with some trusted Guy, Like here on this forum, there are few Trusted Guy

Maybe you should start reading above posts.

He's talking about PayPal to Bitcoins; just like the first reply on the thread said, no one wants to touch that unless the PayPal trader has an amazing reputation. Any half-minded reputable member will not trade with a newbie with PayPal.
