Hi,

So I have been away and havent been able to get my nem account set up. I still have NEMstake on the NXT asset exchanged. Am I completely screwed that I havent been able to redeem them? Is there anything I can do? Bad situation here.

There is no way to claim anymore. There was a six month time period where you could send in an address and get it included in the Genesis block but that started a year ago and the Genesis block was six months ago.

Please disregard my last post. I felt pretty sorry for you so I read your history. Actually it appears you did send in an address to be included in the Genesis block and your funds were sent there. http://chain.nem.ninja/#/search/NDGQNH-Q3RPE3-6XLLXF-OEBMW7-BJNZCC-FPEXGE-3EBL

At this point you need to find your private key that you hopefully saved in a file somewhere or printed up. In all crypto you need you private key, so if you've lost that there is nothing anybody can do, but if you have it all the XEM you bought will still be in your account.

Here is a tutorial for you to follow. http://blog.nem.io/getting-started-with-nem/

Thanks very much for the reply. The issue is I still have NemStake on the exchange. Since I sent some does that mean I can get redemption for all of my nemstake?
