There is no "electrum recover" command; the relevant command is called "electrum restore".
You probably made a mistake with your seed;
The fact that words are in the list is not sufficient to ensure that a seedphrase is valid.
oops my bad. of course I meant restore. However, I really think my seed is correct and I might be experiencing some weird letter count check error in electrum.
Consider or please try to reproduce the following: I can generate a wallet with the first 13 words of the word list
plus space and the first letter of the 14th word, 13 alone will not work.
