Your (community accepted) collateral should be something of value that can be sold for the loan amount plus interest should you default.
The above mentioned accounts do not fit that description as they can all be reclaimed by simply claiming they were hacked.
If you do provide acceptable collateral, you stand a good chance of getting your loan.
