       and the winner will receive all the other participants deposits
         minus 2%
       of the winning payout as commission for me.



     The winner is the player who's deposit is the
          largest and no additional deposits are made for 24 hours.
     Deposits that are made after 24 hours have
          lapsed since last deposit
          will be entered into the next round
 
 
 In the event that only one deposit is made and 24 hours lapse,
 the deposit will be refunded back to the wallet that deposited
 it (I might bear the network fee if I am feeling kind).
