Basically it is very similar to LocalBitcoins, you can create escrowed exchange offers and securely trade with other users. All countries are available. There is no trading commission.

We have no fabulous marketing strategy. We will promote Cointener.com on bitcoin related boards and forums. In the near future we will run a QA and support site.
