Which of these PSU?

I have a new 5750 to go with my 5850 but I'm defiantly going to need a new psu first, probably at least 550 watts on the same rail and I'll pass my old one down along with a 9800gt .

I really like the Thermaltake Toughpower ones cuz they look nice and beasty but theres always deals on these APEVIA ones so I don't know which one to get.  I imagine these would be good for around the same amount of power but if I paid the extra $20 it would be more reliable, efficient, and its modular, maybe worth it in the long run?  If you have any other suggestions lets me know. thanks

Go with the best 80+ bronze psu you can afford. Aside from that it all comes down to the +12v rails and how they are configured. eg. a minimum of 20a per rail and at least 50a combined.

Both of the PSU's you've linked are pretty much garbage, especially the Apevia one. The Thermaltake would do the job, but that particular model has poor reviews.

These are decent. Both run on a single 12v rail. The Silverstone even gives you enough PCI-E connectors(you need 3x 6-pin for those 2 cards) right out of the box, no need to convert molex.

If it were me and my money, I'd get the Corsair supply. It's cheaper than the Thermaltake unit(after rebate) and has better reviews. Not to mention Corsair>Thermaltake as a brand.
