how to delet "Public Note" ?
I am pretty sure its permanently stored in the blockchain so you can't delete it otherwise you'll invalidate all of the blocks ahead.

Do you mean the public note in blockchain.info? I am not sure but I guess that message is not in the blockchain but stored in blockchain.info's database.

Maybe you can contact them to request the note to be removed? Most likely you need to prove that you are the person holding the private key.
