Creating Simple BTC Wallet App (IOS)

I would like to create an extremely simple Bitcoin wallet app for the App store. It will sort of look like this:

Balance: {Bitcoin Balance here}

Public Key: {Public Key here}

Send [enter amount here] BTC

To: [paste receiving address here]

SEND>



Anyone know the easiest way to do this? (i.e. available open source tools, etc)

BTW, Im not technical and would probably use a coder from Upwork/Odesk.

You should find a partner, there are must be a problem and the technical man should solve that.
