They are independently owned and operated.

You insert cash into the machine, and give it your bitcoin address.  The machine then sends you bitcoins.  Depending on where you are located, there may or may not be such a device near you.

As franky1 already stated, your best option will probably be localbitcoins.com, or perhaps making arrangements in the Currency Exchange section of this forum.

I'm not US citizen but I think a person to person trade should be possible for you.Therefore go with localbitcoins.com or with the mycelium app.
Another option could be to use a ATM. There are several providers.Maybe in your region you will be lucky to find one or two.Check the fees first and then decide.
Maybe one or other of the smaller exchanges enables you to buy a low amount of Bitcoin without full personal verification.Not sure about that.

I would suggest against this. They are charging about 20% fees which is outrageous! Just find someone on localbitcoins.com or someone to trade in person if you are living get in bigger cities.

If you are meeting someone in person, make sure to meet them in the public space and make sure that you know what you're doing in order to not get scammed!
