Can I buy bit coin via offline credit card with a pin code ,I am from Indonesia and I want to do it this way. It is easier for big purchases.

there is no such thing as offline..

even when you walk into a shop. the card gets processed the same as online.

but there is a directory for indonesia

they do payment gateways for retailers to accept bitcoin, so i presume they would happily grab your bank money in exchange for the bitcoin they collect.
