If the future when China become the most powerful country and USA as 2nd most powerful. Taiwan would unite China without any war.

Why do you say that? Being a free society helps in social issues, with the economy, etc. Without it it's harder and takes longer. But it's possible. Especially with america and europe becoming less free and more corrupt. Not a lot of competition coming from there anymore.
The smarter, productive people will leave to the free countries eventually. That is why communist goverments struggle to get ahead.
Not that china is communist. But yes. Free societies have economic benefits and social benefits. Without that progress may be harder and take longer. But china is already there. It's a developed economy and maybe the largest economy in the world. And still growing. While europe for example is applying neo liberal policies that are destroying the countries in the periphery. And their economies. America prefers to spend their money in the military. Like I said there is not much competition for china for now.
