How many hours do you get of sleep? (Daily Thread)

I do not show the same thread. So as the title says, how many hours a day do you sleep?

5-7 hours for me

I sleep 5-7 hours on a weekday while 8-9 hours during the weekend.

To me it really varies. The common bracket that I can say I belong to is the 5-7 hours of sleep. However, there are always at times when I do not sleep at all. Especially when I have tasks that are running till late. I will therefore stay a wake the whole night having the task done. I bet i can not sleep when i Have a lot of task on my shoulder. I generally do sleep for the 5-7 hours during the weekend since I always choose to relax a little from the weekday hustles here and there.

I usually fall asleep at 5-6am. Every time I try to sleep early, ie: 8-9pm I end up waking up at 1am so I just sto trying to sleep & stay up as late as I can be bothered.
Sometimes I can get in a few more hours of sleep
