Thats happend sometimes.
Mails over the the function mail() from php are not really trustworthy for some mail-provider.

why need more information for only 1000 satoshi every hour and minimum earning is 500 satoshi for once claim maybe you need increase faucet rewards

- We have added a instant payout button in the account section
- Payout is dependent of the country from where you come. The range of the minimum payout is from 900 to 1500
- Also you can take a daily bonus to increase your first claim.

but the big problem is, no countdown for next reward, i get refresh manual the page and insert another time a login, very bad

a 10.000 fee for instant payouts seems that you get dry with your faucet.
