I have seen here just $ propositions. Sorry, but this looks a bit amateurish..
We can talk about that when you say more about posts quality, posts target (local, english..)

I feel so uncomfortable when I see posts like selling forum accounts.
Adimins can ban a user if they found a sudden change in location of their member group user.

Sudden change of location? I guess HACK FORUMS (the real ones are only on TOR) and no one knows each person identity there Smiley

Well, that's not true. Both portals are equally good forums for hacking related activities. The only difference is that the TOR one is focused on blackhat hacking and HF.net is about whitehat - greyhat hacking.
In other words: HF is legal while the onion one is not.

Not sure about it, but isn't it not allowed to sell accounts according to HF guidelines? Any trace of account change with the [UB3R] rank will result in a ban and Rep fck.

Not so in real sense, hacking is a skill and people differs in experience based on their respective knowledge but .net have more traffics than the .onion
