We make some conversation and he refuse to prove the legitimate of his accounts and gift balance.
He also offer me to create a fresh account and load that with gift card without any proof about the legitimate of the cards that he want to use.
He reject to using escrow with holding coins for some day till the legitimate of his proved.
So i guess he may use illegal GC's or accounts.
