It isn't if you have not invested anything aside time in Bitcoin. I have not "invested" a single $, i.e. I have never bought Bitcoin but I do have a good sum for now. I do spend sometimes (e.g. Black Friday) even though I do not like spending my coins.

Exactly, if you just look at last year, every time when we would see a pump and dump happening, bitcoin would go up to $400 and come back down to $350 and go back up to $500 and stick back down to $400. The leveling makes bitcoin stronger that way, like you said.
