Skrill is reversible just like paypal just not as easily or immediate.
To be safer, ask before you trade if their Skrill account is verified so you know they had to give identification to Skrill company to make it that way. Then if they do a reverse you know it can be traced to them on the identification given at time of account creation.

Thank you for the info i have not verified skrill account but im planning to switch to it because of too many paypal issues, like the recently one in the off topic. Where their paypal account get limited

Even with verified skrill account also people can scam so it is better to avoid these reversible payments.
