"No block source available" means Bitcoin Core is not connected to the Bitcoin network. You fix it by determining why it can't connect, and correcting the situation. First, make sure your firewall is not blocking Bitcoin Core from accessing the Internet. If you use a proxy to connect to the Internet, you need to configure Bitcoin Core to use it (under Settings -> Options -> Network). Conversely, if you are not using a proxy, the option to use one must be disabled (in case you enabled it accidentally). Even when everything is working normally, it can take several minutes to establish a connection, so be patient.
The above should suffice for typical installations on systems connected to the Internet either directly or through a proxy or NAT. If either your Bitcoin Core installation or your Internet connection are atypical, please provide additional details beyond "i really need help bad", preferably in the form of properly capitalised and punctuated sentences. In particular, it may be helpful to know exactly what version of Bitcoin Core you are are running (which you can find under Help -> About Bitcoin Core), what operating system you are running it on (including the version), and the names and versions of any network-related software you are running (firewalls, proxies, bandwidth limiters, etc).
