I want to get my firmware for the KNC titan listed on their site. Ive tried using their 'contact us' form several times ... a few months ago and a week or 2 ago ... never heard from them =(

well, that means the admin aint too active on his site, or not intrested ... who knows ...

As far as I know the website is still active, maybe there is some sort of problem with the ''contact us'' feature. You can always try to pm them on twitter: https://twitter.com/crypto_blog they are active there.

Did you try social media? Just tweet to them, or find their details in the whois.org. You will see an e-mail which you can contact.
