Is there any place where you can "pool" with others for lottery tickets for BTC?

For instance, the powerball is at ~$500 million.  If 10 people pool to buy 10 tickets, and one wins, you split it 50 million each (of course this wouldn't be the real amount because of taxes and if it's the lump sum it will be less).

Anyone offering that?

It would have to be someone with extensive reputation, because they would have to be trusted to distribute prizes (or get a lawyer if it's the jackpot).
