Top bitcoin companies/start ups ?

I was reading some articles on coinbase today and was impressed with what they have done in such a short time period and how well ran it is from a business standpoint.  It got me thinking, what do you guys think are the top 5 or top 10 bitcoin related companies to look out for ?

I'll throw in coindesk into the mix as well, I think they've really started to get a strong hold and done very well recently in terms of bitcoin related news.

Are you specifically speaking US companies?

Coinlabs (haven't done much lately that i've heard of)
tradehill (suspended operations about a month ago)
bitinstant (they've got lots of money to get going again with)
