not Western Union...

not PayPal...

not Bank...

or any other forms...

Well, you could either use some weird cash exchange and do it the hard way, or you could, just withdraw it to your bank, and then have the bank give you cash.

I am in Sacramento, California...

It's not the best rate but there is someone in Sacramento who will trade, in-person.  Drive a little further (Elk Grove) and you can get spot rate:

Those buyers are looking for larger sized trades.  You could always place an ad on there yourself and at some point you'll find someone local wanting to buy your coins for cash.  But the exchange rate could fluctuate so finding a trade sooner is oftentimes better than finding a trade at the best price.
