fund now show up

I had send 1 BTC to a guy since 2016-01-03 16:59 and it already cut off from my wallet but he still not receive it yet.
How can fix this? please.
P.S. that guy doesnt use electrum(he using coins.ph) but i do

If it's sent without issues (means that electrum didn't give any errors) then everything should be fine .
Do you trust the receiver ? If not , then he is probably lying and he actually received the funds . Another way to check if he actually received the funds is to check your address/ his address or the TXID here :  https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC
