I am looking to buy two yet to be mined virgin blocks.

I am willing to pay up to 55 BTC or it's equivalent in USD through mutually agreed third party escrow.

Purpose is for bitcoin collectible. I would also be interested in an pre halving virgin block of 50.

If I were you I would move it over to pools forum.  I think you will get more reading over there.  There are some very active pool admins, and some not so active.

But move post there and you will chances are find 1 who will do it.
