i am an experienced pc- internet user and beginner lvl coder.
but it is hard to understand what is happening on blockchain.info
everytime i create a new address and new wallet at there always having problem with password.
it is just like a stupid does not accept password.
i enter login area from chrome - web and write my (changed) alias and password but it says we need to confirm browser (it already did but like to do every week)
then sends a link then i follow tthat link now creates a random alias and asks pass i enter pass but says no.
i am sure about pass because i recovered it with a very long mnenomic(when you write mneonic it shows pass on site)
it doesnt enter wallet and always denies, i even copy paste but nothing changes.
i send supoort ticket but they are like robot dont give fast answer and repeat dumb answers.
i just wonder can you enter easily to your blockhain wallet with chrome ?
what can i do ?
low money on this wallet but i can use with cellphone and send btc from there but just wanna use web wallet.
dont say create a new wallet it happens everytime, i am about to leave blockchain for this but maybe i am wrong.
i tried every easy method but nothing changed  Huh

You should leave blockchain.info, their service is in general really crappy. They usually make a lot of mistakes so I am not surprised that you aren't able to get into your account. Most people here don't like them and will not recommend that you use blockchain.info.

A few questions:
Are you absolutely sure that you have entered exactly the correct password?
Do you have cookies enabled in your browser? If you don't have cookies, you will constantly need to confirm the browser.
Can you provide a picture of the error?

Error Decrypting Wallet. Please check your password is correct.

i allowed cookies now and tried again nothing changed.

i am sure about pass because of that mnemonic,i have taken photo of it , entered manually to site it shows your password so copy pasted but not worked.

just noticed my pass doesnt includes symbol ,if you create a new wallet now it demands a symbol in your pass otherwise not accept.
if this is a problem , it shows coding management is stupid.

Honestly, there isn't anything you can do about it except talk to their support. This is entirely their service's problem, and we can't help you here.

That's not true, I just created a test wallet and entered a password without any symbols and it was accepted, the only thing required is that the password should be 10 Characters long. And I was able to access my account using the same password. What chrome version are you on? Clear all the cache, history and then use the link in your email to login, use the identifier which was given in your email (the one which contains long string of numbers & letters xxxx-xxxxxxxx-xxxxx-xxxx) and not the one you made yourself and I think you'll be able to get access to your account.

If you have a back up then just make a new wallet either on blockchain or use a desktop wallet like electrum and you can import the keys of addresses which contain the funds.
