First, find someone you trust
Second, send the gold to them
They will measure and determine how much bitcoin it is worth.

They then act as a guarantor of any of your loans for up to that amount.

I think is very difficoult to find an escrow near me. Then 27 btc are about 11 ounce😎.. But i think that this solution could be good For a "bullet loan": You give me a loan and ant the and of period i repay bond +interest. During this time an escrow hold the Gold ( or Diamond). But For a bond it should be the same? And if the escrow defaulted? In case of loan escrow Will be chose from lender, but If I build a Bond and I chose and escrow that defaulted and sell my gold what happen? I'm really confused!!!!

There are several good escrows on this site (Monbux, Tomatocage) that are very trustworthy. If your gold has numismatic value (i.e. its just not a gold bar) and you need an appraisal I could assist you with that.
