Domain Registrar Affliate

I am looking for a domain registrar affiliate program that has more to it.  I want something that is almost like an API, where I can set the prices, set sales, control the DNS and various things.  Most of the affiliate programs are basically ad posting programs that will give you a set commission per order or per sign up.  GoDaddy has something like, but you have to pay for it, wait to be approved and then the interface is a nightmare, at least it was a few years back.  Very little explanation on the configuration and what you were actually responsible for price wise.  I like seeing a base bottom price for a service and then being able to set my own price based on that number, not just posting a banner ad or sending some SPAM.  Thanks in advance.
