How can I open BTC- Altcoin exchange system. Where should I start? I have experience on programming but I do not have any experience on programming with cryptocurrencies.

I already know that peatio script but I saw that they made some updates.

You should too take care of regulation issues, bitfinex one of the biggest exchanges is now operating in British Virgin Islands, and they did before in Hong-Kong, the regulation if you only exchange betwen altcoin is not so hard like if you want to allow trade with euros or dollars, good luck

Legal procedures give you more headache than programming. You should start a company in a tax-free country.
You have to hire a development team, lawyers, accountants, help desk members etc. That costs money. Can you afford them? Do you have any capital to start?

I am not planning to trade with euros or dollars for now. Just BTC to other altcoins and other altcoins to BTC. Thank you.

As I mention before, I am not planning to trade with euros or dollars for now. Just BTC to other altcoins and other altcoins to BTC. Since I only trade cryptocurrencies I think legal procedures not problem. All your suggestions based on that the system trade in fiat bu I never mention that. I post the topic "bitcoin to altcoin exchange".
