   WHEN I sent Bitcoin，then  Bitcoin  wallet   say：The transaction was rejected. The bitcoin is in my wallt.But there is an unsuccessful broadcast in my wallt. SO I can not sent my bitcoins.How can I do?

check blockchain.info or blockexplorer and see your history, see where your coins went to

use your private key of where the coins are linked to, on another wallet/client is the easy answer
