The website is not completely ready, and there has to be the blog section. Anyone would like to join is welcome. Nothing is free, and so is true in the Bitcoin World.
Posts can be by a single person, or a group.
The main revenue is definitely from ads.
Payments as under:
50% of total revenue(of BTC) will be distributed among the contributors.
remaining 50% will cover all costs.
As the site grows, the revenue grows.
