Hey all,

Took the leap of faith and tried AurumXchange for the first time to change a good amount ($500+) of LR to Bitcoins.
Did the transaction on their site and within 5 minutes sent the LR to them. It was supposed to be instantly
deposited into MtGox but the status on Aurum was still unpaid. Thirty minutes after the transaction was done, it was automatically
cancelled/expired. I sent in a Support Ticket at the help desk but 4 hours later still no response.

As this is my first time using AurumXchange, I don't know what to think of it. Please advise.
I'll update this post as to the outcome of the transaction.

Update: The transaction was processed successfully. Thank you Aurum.
Upon doing further research, their LR API is down right now and
they apparently had to do the transaction manually.
I will be a repeat customer. Good overall experience.

I've used these guys for buying bitcoin before. Can highly recommend them. Glad they came through for you.
