Locked out of my Spondoolies SP10 - Need help please!!!!!!!

Hello

I have a sp10 that has been disconnected for 7 months now. When I plug it in and locate the ip for it and load it on  my browser it comes to the Authentication Required
admin/admin is not working. Unfortunately I cannot remember if I changed any password settings and did not write anything down at the time or may have lost anything if i did. Regardless of me being a moron I could really use some help. Thank you
