update: seems to me that 1GX28yLjVWux7ws4UQ9FB4MnLH4UKTPK2z belongs to f2pool
so, this transaction is paying for f2pool miners from the pool

It is new year day we clean up all pending balance in year 2015 below normal payout threshold.
