Looking for Loan on CPA accounts as Collateral

Hi,
Can i get some loan on Collateral of CPA accounts. Please don't give me red as i just created this post to know can i get loan or not. And i am not trying to sell my CPA accounts as i have clients who can buy CPA accounts. Just Enquiry.

CPA accounts are not valid collateral because you can easily contact the company and tell them your account was hacked, e.t.c.
So, no.

No you can't! Because CPA accounts are totally waste since the payment verification is too strong and not anyone can just withdraw the amounts.However I don't think you can transfer a CPA account .
