pairing wallet?

hey, i have a problem with my blockchain.info wallet andriod app running on a HTCOne M8 with no special modulations or anything to the android OS.

when i try to pair my wallet with the QE code funcion i make it to the step where the app needs my password + confirmation.

then i get this:

i also get an error when i try it with the i cant access my camera option.

please dont judge me with this "use google, somebody already made a topic", i really tried and found nothing.
