Hii I have few questions related skrill transfers. Any answers by experienced exchangers will be appreciated

• If user A sends me $100 skrill and I send those $100 again to someone at the same time. User A will be able to reverse that transfer or not even when there is 0 balance in my account?
• If user A sends me $100 skrill and I withdraw that $100 instantly via mobile payment then user A will be able to reverse that transfer or not ?

he can reverse the payment but your account will be blocked and also the other account you transfered $100
