Buying BTC need help bitinstant or others

How the hell do you buy order with money gram or debit card i been given a bunch of quote id and event numbers no option to put my debit card in or money gram detials when i click go i get not found error.

Or somewhere where I can buy instantly

Any advise i would be grateful of.

Cash deposits are the fastest way to buy Bitcoins. The entire process can take as little as 20 minutes if you're near a deposit location. Let's walk through the process...
   
Step 1

You select your country and deposit location, then fill in your info and follow the instructions.

Pitfall: If you are sending multiple amounts of say the maximum amount ($500) make sure to send differing amounts like $499 or $498 or $497. Moneygram will flag it if it is duplicate amounts in a short period of time.

Most double orders are just processed a little while after normal orders, reason for this is due to one of our fraud filters.

Still, I would keep the orders $2-3 apart
