Have a banned Uk PSN account

one of My PSN accounts got banned mid last year due to false DOB
it has battlefield 4 full version and dragons teeth dlc
All you have to do is phone sony up and give them a different id , they will ask for proof so e-mailing is required.
I cant sign in to it because sony has limited it from accessing psn
but i can give the email and password to trusted member to prove
that I own the account
