Honestly, you're wasting your time here unless you have a solid rep elsewhere. Nobody is gonna sell you BTC for PayPal... only people interested will ask you to send first and disappear after you do so.

He can easily charge back the money and claim to PayPal not receiving the items as he is PayPal selling and still safe.

Bullshit unless OP posts proof and even then, I would strongly advise no one do the deal as he requested.  You're just asking for a chargeback.  Likely a scam attempt by a newbie throwaway account anyway.

I sent him one payment as a gift (I didn´t know that I can´t refund it) and one payment as a good or service and he told me that I must add caption "DIGITAL GOOD WITH NO REFUND". So I think I have no chance that paypal will refund me. Yes I know that I´m newbie, this mistkake I made is very big fault I´m in big depression I will post today all communication from skype.
