your issues can be fixed a few ways but I need a lot more info to help.
--- cool. I'm happy to provide more info. : )
first off you should have asked us before you installed with a pro
--- agreed.
so how many 240 breakers are put in?
--- the breaker shown in the photo is the only one.
--- it is powering TWO outlets (but I only showed a photo of one)
if you have 3, 240 outlets all to the one breaker you could run 3 s-7 's and 3 psu's with 3 of the power cables you linked us to.
--- ok cool.
--- So, the power cable I linked to is sufficient for this job?
Also... I did have the following chat with a sales rep from PDUwhips.com:

Hello how can I help you?
You at 9:20, Jan 14:
hello... I'm looking for: 20 Amp, 250V Power Cord Plug --- with 6-20P on one end and C13 on the other
Chris at 9:20, Jan 14:
We have these. Here is the page:
http://pduwhips.com/products/2121-computer-power-cords.aspxYou at 9:20, Jan 14:
That's 15a
Chris at 9:21, Jan 14:
Yeah but the C13 is rated for 15A max, so it will not even fit onto a 12 AWG cable
Chris at 9:21, Jan 14:
The plug is rated for 20A max, but since you have gear that has a male C14 needing to connect to that C13 it won't pull more than 15A. In fact, it probably pulls far less

see details here:

Your electrician here was wrong:
"no, the cable needs to be 12/3 20amp 250v".
Chris at 9:23, Jan 14:
Trust me, if you have a device that requires a C13 it does not pull more than 15A
Chris at 9:23, Jan 14:
that is why you are not finding what you need
Chris at 9:23, Jan 14:
He is just assuming that since it has a 6-20 plug that it requires a 20A cord
You at 9:23, Jan 14:
ok... got it... so you're sure that this product will work?
http://pduwhips.com/products/2121-computer-power-cords.aspxChris at 9:24, Jan 14:
Yep
You at 9:24, Jan 14:
ok... that is cool. thanks for your help.
Chris at 9:24, Jan 14:
no problem
--- so, Chris is correct, right?
