I think you are up to some very mischievous think.Why would someone pay 1 btc for other's utility bill? the answer is obvious he would use it for some illegal activity.Everyone please be very careful |

AFAIK, he is willing to use escrow. If he do not send any coins to the escrow, there is no point to give your utility bills to him. |

he said he claims he have bitcoins to get the ppl talk to him more easy

So, this is just a plain scam? I'm pretty sure he can trade his PM for Bitcoin. And I hope he have enough PM to get 1 BTC.  |
