To make this new opportunity legit and acceptable, you should try and pay out some amount to the people that lost in the previous program first, paying 20% of their lost funds first will not be a bad idea.

Think if you have more structure it with some innovative ideas behind it and having some real to put funds towards and know ull get a good RIO on it then everyone can succeed with it and gain a good profit. Maybe have monthly plans and that way introduce some more plans but  have something solid to lay down the foundation on it and everyone is happy. Maybe a progressive plan so that a person can take out at anytime if wants to
