is this true? Jalapenos aren't coming Jan. 2013? Cuz if they dont' come out at Jan. 2013.. I'm gonna ask for refund.

I'm interested in the Jalapeno ASIC but been I have read a lot about folks who pre-ordered waiting for these to actually come out.  Lots of estimated dates etc.  I read on wired or maybe it was in popular science I found that ButterFlyLabs who  makes these things is gearing up and has had manufacturers for their processors already in line.  I'd say 2013 will be the year of the ASIC, but then again, the waiting game sure has lasted a long time.

Anyone have carnal knowledge here about ButterFlyLabs and the possibility of the Jalapeno ASIC being available in the next 6 months?  Jesus.
