Hi EMC support,

I forgot my password but I used the correct address for the e-mail reset process, and no e-mail arrived. How can I get my password back? I sent an e-mail to the support address several times within 72 hours but never received a reply. Any ideas?

I would have posted this in the EMC forum, but since I can't log in, this seems to be my only option of reaching somebody from there. Can somebody please suggest the best way to get in touch with somebody from EMC? I have tried contacting Inaba but I can't send messages with Newbie restrictions.

Thanks in advance!

At which service are you having this problem?

The Eclipse Mining Consortium site. I can't log in, can't reset my password, and I don't have a means to reach anybody from the support team, so I am wondering if somebody here knows how to contact and admin at EMC, or help in any other way.

I tried, and never got a response. Does anybody know a reliable way to contact the administrators/support team of this pool? This is pretty frustrating.
